We and our subcontractors together, could make various rotational molding equipments, rotational molding tools and fixtures, and rotational molding products as what you want.

    We have 2 masters, 8 bachelors, 10 speciality-graduates built to three development teams to handle equipment, molding and product separately. After the efforts, we have developed series of rotation molding machines, such as two-arms-shuttle rotational molding machine, multiple-arms-turning rotational molding machine etc., and also  developed various rotational molding mold and products already, such as outdoor sliding board, exhibition cases, oil tanks of mobile machinery shops and water stakes for roadway adjustment etc.

    We introduced the modern management system to run the shop, which gets the quality, cost and delivery all controlled completely based on the written and potential requirement from the purchasers.

    We have types of rotational molding machines, and some relative assistant facilities such as mixing machines, grinding machines etc, which could be able to offer a capacity to produce products of amount over RMB 3 million per month.

    We could be able to make 10 sets of aluminum mold per month as long as the single length of mold not over 3m. The advanced casting process from auto industry and big CNC machines are used to insure the mold produced quickly at high precision.

    To satisfy your prototype design at the lowest cost, we could also make various kinds of steel frame rotational molding tools and fixtures.
