   worked as technical engineer, technical manager, quality manager, sales manager, branch factory president, vice general manager, general manager in three distinct foreign company.

the Production Manager

   Has very deep knowledge in the production management, equipment management and manufacturing management.

   1998, graduated from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, major in plastic and metal deformation process and equipment design(now called the Material Science and Equipment), bachelor degree.

   2002, got the Master Degree of automatic control.

   1998~2003，worked as engineer, production manager, the chief engineer of equipments maintenance in a famous foreign Auto company. During that time, he got the master degree of auto control, generated a fruitful reward for the company in the field of equipment maintenance and auto control design.

   2003~2007, worked as technical and production manager of a transnational Auto components company. During that time, boosted the cooperation with Ford and Citroen company.

the Technical Manager

   Tools and Fixtures specialist

   1998, graduated from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, major in plastic and metal deformation process and equipment design(now called the Material Science and Equipment), bachelor degree,

   1998~2005, worked as engineer, model stylist in a few various foreign molding company. Has the deep experience in the stamping, die casting, plastic molding, rotational molding etc. variously from conditioner, electronic appliance and auto industries.

   2005~2007, worked in the biggest molding company in Asia. Focus on the large mold design and manufacturing which is over 3 meter at one side length at least.

   2007, joined Xiesu, in charge of product development and mold manufacturing.

Casting

   Xiesu has introduced the advanced casting process from Guanzhou diesel company and Guangzhou Toyota engine company.

Machining

   Xiesu has built a solid connection with tens of partners which could satisfy the requirement of any type of rotomolding molds and various mechanical components.
